Tréz Bell

Coach: Tréz Bell

Tréz is a runner, community builder and coach who believes movement is more than miles, it’s a way back to yourself. What started as a personal outlet has grown into a purpose rooted in connection, healing and joy.

A 3x road marathoner, ultramarathoner, and experienced 5K and 10K runner, Tréz brings both lived experience and heart into their role as a 5K and 10K coach.

Tréz aims to create spaces where runners of all levels feel seen, supported, and empowered to show up as they are. His approach centers on the idea that running isn’t just about performance it’s about reclamation. Reclaiming joy. Reclaiming peace. Reclaiming the parts of yourself that life tries to take.

Guided by the mantra “allow what is to be” Tréz’s approach reflects a belief in flow over force, trusting the process and honoring each step of the journey so whether it’s leading a group run or showing up stride by stride, Tréz moves with intention and invites others to do the same.

Amy Iafolla

Coach: Amy Iafolla

My absolute favorite thing as a coach is watching someone do something they thought was impossible. Whether that’s crossing your very first 5K finish line or stepping up to a distance that completely terrifies you, I’m here to tell you that you can do it – and you don’t have to be “fast” or a natural-born athlete to get there. My goal for you is simple, I want to help you achieve the goals you’re currently too afraid to say out loud.

I completed my first half marathon in 2009, my first full in 2010 and first ultra in 2022. As a self-proclaimed mid-pack runner, I had the mindset that I wasn’t good enough or fast enough to work with a coach. I thought that was for the “elite” runners, not middle age, mid-pack people like me. After working with a coach for the last few years I realized just how wrong I was.

In fact, working with my coach is what motivated me to want to become a coach myself. Knowing the difference having someone in your corner who encourages you and believes in you when you don’t believe in yourself is what made me want to complete my USECA and RRCA run coaching certifications. I wanted to be able to help others the way my coach has helped me.

I’ve run 150+ races…everything from 5Ks to ultramarathons (currently training for a 24-hour run this Fall). I’ve learned that the secret to success isn’t just speed; it’s consistency, having fun, building community and becoming a better version of yourself through the process.

When I’m not training and coaching, I’m balancing my own busy schedule with my day job working in equine nutrition, coaching human nutrition (Precision Nutrition Level 1 & 2 Nutrition Coach), and running Archie’s Blankets Across America, a non-profit organization my husband and I founded to provide blankets for shelter dogs across the United States. I’m a huge believer
in running fitting into your life, not fitting your life around running.

I cannot wait to help more people accomplish the goals they once thought were not possible. And am so excited to be part of an incredible group of Charm City Run coaches.
