Yanique Harding
Yanique is a runner, wellness advocate, Zumba instructor, and Pilates lover who is passionate about helping others feel empowered through movement. She restarted her fitness journey during COVID in 2020 by committing to daily 3- to 5-mile walks, which slowly progressed into running, and she has not looked back since.
Since then, running has become a major part of her life and healing journey. From completing races to building community through fitness, she loves encouraging runners of all levels, especially beginners, to believe in themselves and embrace the process.
Outside of running, Yanique enjoys tennis, dance fitness, wellness events, and creating spaces that inspire women to prioritize their health, confidence, and self-care. She is excited to join the Charm City Run coaching team and help support, motivate, and grow alongside the running community.
