Chris Kash from ASICS will be present and can answer your questions about this amazing ASICS tradition! \nYour $10 donation will go directly to the National Alliance on Mental Illness. \n\n\nRace: If you really want to see how fast you can run in blue jeans\, there will be a prize for the fastest male and female. You MUST be in full length blue jeans to qualify. This race will kick off the event first!\n\n\nKids: If you are under 12\, we will have a half-mile option for you. We will have a prize for first female/male under 12. You must be in full length blue jeans to qualify.\n\n\nWalk/Run: If you want to come out and support and do a casual walk or run in your blue jeans\, we got you! We will have prizes and raffles for this group too! \n\n\nStroller Mile: While the course is a bit bumpy\, Fit4Mom’s will be out with their strollers and we will have demo Thule strollers for you to try!\n\n\nBusiness/Non-profits: We would LOVE to have you out\, wearing a shirt that represents your business/non-profit with your jeans. No matter what category your team wants to run (they can all choose their own!) If you have at least 10 people at the event you can put up a tent or table representing your business. DESCRIPTION:Join us in celebrating Mardi Gras at Prospect Point Brewery! Your $10 registration fee will benefit The Women’s Giving Circle Courir de Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday run). This tradition in Louisiana has folks riding horses across the countryside to gather ingredients for a gumbo! While we will not be riding horses\, we will have you making loops on a horsetrack and gathering beads and items along the way for the perfect runners basket to be raffled off! We highly encourage festive Mardi Gras apparel and a headlamp or flashlight will be needed! \nOOFOS will be on-site with a demo products\, a recovery zone\, and raffles!

SUMMARY:Charm City Run Frederick "Era's" Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Have you heard of the Taylor Swift challenge? As she prepared for her concert she ran on a treadmill singing her songs\, running faster for the fast songs and walking/jogging for the slower\, all the while singing aloud to help build her endurance for her Era’s tour. \nWe have partnered with Prospect Point Brewing and will be using theren old horse track to challenge you all to to run for 45 min while we are blaring Taylor’s songs! We will emulate the challenge playing a mix of fast and slow songs and we are excited to hear you all singing along. \nWhile there are no “winners” there will be prizes for best dressed Swifties\, loudest singer and I am sure we will find a few other reasons to give out stuff! \nAfter the challenge Prospect Point Brewing will be ready to help us celebrate this extra day of the year! \nNovaCare PT’s will be on-site for the warm-up and for any questions. \nAll money collected will go to the Women’s Giving Circle and Charm City Run will be matching donations up to $1\,000!
