DESCRIPTION:Join Charm City Run Frederick at McClintock’s Backbar located at 35 South Carroll St\, Frederick\, MD 21701 at 6PM.\n\n\n \n\n\nWe will begin the event with a fun endurance run (speed/hill work) and then enjoy cocktails together after the workout at McClintock’s Backbar. \n\n\n \n\n\nThis workout is structured around building your endurance up! Everyone runs together in a group since we are not going for “mileage.” In February\, we will be focusing on running at “tempo pace.”\n\n\n \n\n\nNo matter what pace or skill level you are\, we will set you up with an endurance workout! Plus\, McClintock’s Backbar will be giving a 50% discount to runners that night on cocktails and mocktails!

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a scavenger hunt run at McClintock’s Backbar to celebrate the shortest day of the year! McClintock’s will have a special runners drink menu and Charm City Run will be on-site selling last minute holiday gifts! Prizes will be awarded from both McClintock’s and CCR for the scavenger hunt! Pre register to participate (max 3 people to a team). All proceeds will go to the Frederick Rescue Mission.
